Dinner


Broccoli with garlic ginger sauce

4 stalks of garlic cut and steamed

Sauce:
2T olive oil
1 onion chopped and sauteed in 2 T olive oil with garlic
2 cubic inches of ginger sliced into strips

Then add the following ingredients
5T soy sauce
4T honey
3T corn starch to thicken
2T ketchup without corn syrup
1T red pepper flakes
1c water

estimate of total calories: 1100
I think that I ate about 400c

TOTAL CALORIES FOR TODAY A/O 9 PM: 1047
